In our Culinary & Sustainability course, we believe that the best meals don’t start in the kitchen -- they start in the ground. This isn’t just a cooking class. It’s a hands-on exploration of the food systems that sustain us and the culinary artistry that brings us together.
 
Authentic Garden-to-Table Experience: Step outside the classroom and into the field. Students learn to source seasonal ingredients, understand soil health, and appreciate the lifecycle of their food before it ever hits the pan.
