I’m an East Coast transplant who’s proud to call the Bay Area home. As an experienced educator, my passion has always been about making a positive impact on the lives of young people. After earning my degree in Business Management from Hampton University, I went on to get my teaching credential at San Francisco State and later earned my Master’s in Educational Leadership from UC Berkeley. Over the past 28 years, I’ve had the opportunity to serve in many roles—from paraprofessional and math teacher to principal at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, as well as district and adult school administrator. No matter the title, my focus has always been on putting students first and helping them grow into confident, capable young adults. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my daughter, exploring new places, catching live music, and working on my golf swing. And yes—I’m a proud fan of the Steelers, Lakers, and Mets!

Hello, I’ve worked for more than 20 years at the Sequoia Union High School District. Being a Redwood city native for more than 45 years, I’ve learned that the only way to make a better future is to help our youth and their families empower themselves with the best that our community can offer. I do my part by being contributing to this community while at school and out of it. I am proud to be working where I can see I make a difference when I honestly serve. I will always assist you to the best of my knowledge and if this escapes me I’ll refer you to someone who knows more. Welcome! ¡Bienvenidos! *Spanish Speaking *General Questions & Concerns *Fieldtrip & Transportation *Staffing Needs *Administrative Support *School Payment Information *Volunteer information *Treasurer

I’ve been working in the Sequoia Union High School District since 2007, with experience at Woodside, Menlo-Atherton, Sequoia, and TIDE Academy. In 2024, I joined Redwood High School, and I’m grateful to be part of such a dedicated and caring community. As a campus aide, my role is to help create a safe, welcoming space where students feel supported every day. I also work to uphold school policies and ensure a positive environment for everyone. I enjoy getting to know students and encouraging them to succeed.
